La scighera de Milan

"La scighera de Milan" means "the fog of Milan" in the Milanese dialect. "Scighera" specifically refers to the dense, persistent morning fog typical of the Po Valley, often so thick it limits visibility, derived from the Latin caecus (blind) because it obscures sight.
